Perambalur District Network for HIV Positive People (PDNP+) is a non- profit making community based organization of people living with HIV and its secretariat is based in Perambalur district. Perambalur District Network for HIV Positive People (PDNP+) is a district level network, formed in 2001 by people living with HIV in Perambalur District. The organization aims to improve the quality of life of people living with HIV in Perambalur district. At present we affiliated by TNP+ (state level network) and supported by NACO, Alliance of India TANSACS. The membership of Perambalur District Network for HIV Positive People (PDNP+) is open to all people living with HIV in Perambalur district, irrespective of gender, caste, religion etc.

All people, adult & children, living with HIV in Perambalur District live a life of dignity, free of stigma and discrimination and ensure full human rights, irrespective of culture, age religion, sexuality, social or economic status/class and have full access to care, drug, treatment and to social and legal services and be involved in keeping with the principle of Greater involvement of People Living with HIV/AIDS (GIPA) in all Prevention, Care and Support, Policies and Program in Perambalur District.
To improve the quality of life of People Living with HIV/AIDS in Perambalur District and exists to provide sense of belonging and togetherness of People Living with HIV/AIDS and their families.
To provide opportunities for networking for people living with HIV and AIDS.
To advocate strong legislative measures to protect the rights of all people living with HIV/AIDS including the basic rights.
To advocate full participation of appropriate persons living with HIV/AIDS on decision making bodies at local, national and international level on issues affecting people living with HIV/AIDS.
To facilitate and improve the quality of life of people living with HIV in Perambalur district.
To build the capacity of people living with HIV & AIDS for Advocacy, Networking and Service Delivery.
To develop strategies towards sustainability of the network.
